The funds for this Scholarship are provided by the Kia Ora Foundation, a non-profit organisation set up by Ms. Annette Campbell-White for educational purposes for New Zealanders.
The purpose of the Scholarship is to provide funds for individuals to travel overseas to undertake scientific research essential to their postdoctoral work. These awards are not intended for conference attendance.
Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents who are normally resident in New Zealand. Applicants must be engaged in postdoctoral research, at a New Zealand university.
Up to $20,000 is available for distribution annually.
One or two awards may be made annually.
